Tears on His Piano 

A pianist and a violinist

a match made in heaven

When he saw her on that April day 

His eyes glowed in awe by her beauty

While she'd stands high playing for the kids

She'd fooled him in thinking 

she was in love with someone else 

She'd lie to him, but he didn't know that 

until it was too late. 

She'd pushed him to play 

but he couldn't hear the notes

And now there's tears on his piano

Can't hear what he's playing

His tears fall on the keys while he plays

And now there's tears on his piano

She gets ill from a disease. 

She can't walk, she falls on into the floor 

He's in pain and in love with her 

He doesn't know the lie she told

And now there's tears on his piano

He cries for her love 

His tears fall on the notes

And now there's tears on his piano

He reads a letter from her

She tells him she lied to him 

he loved him all along. 

Now dead the pain he bares 

Is a lot more than he knows. 

And now there's tears on his piano. 

The tears fall on the notes 

when he thinks of her 

And now there's tears on his piano

All of this 'cause of her lie in April.
